Flowers for me?

It's always fun to receive flowers...  These are from Mark and Adriana.  They are so sweet.  They are trying to purchase their first home.  There are some really good buys out there...and I think we have seen them ALL!  We finally found what could be the "one"...keep your fingers crossed that the bank accepts our offer!  It is 3,240 SF 2 years old...NEVER LIVED IN... $82,000 in upgrades including granite counters, tile flooring, cherry cabinets, walk-in pantry, leaded glass front door, huge bonus (movie ;*) room), wrought iron stairway, berber carpeting, huge family room, lots of blinds and Humungous master suite with two walk-inclosets with organizers in both including jewelry boxes!  Also a big back yard with a concrete patio.  (sorry now landscape in the back yet)  in ORANGECREST!    WOWY...And all this for only $379,000.  I'm thinking the bank has priced this one soooo low to encourage multiple offers and maybe a bidding war.  We'll see...!  I will report back later!  Keep us in your prayers!

Golfing in Kauai

The sand is not only on the beach in Kauai!

We are almost at the end of our trip and we are sad and happy to be going home at the same time.  We are still discovering new things to see and do here on this little Island.  It can't be that little because so far we have put 1,400 miles on our rental car.  And this island is something like only 26 miles across as the crow flies.  This year was the waterfall year.  We discovered 3 new waterfalls that are out of the way.  Nice! 

BTW if you see my hubby, don't mention this pix.  He does not like to land in the sand! ;*)

Santa Claus is coming to town!
