This year I am reiterating my last years goal of getting healthy. I am doing LA Weight Loss. I have lost 20 # during 2006, with a "slight" setback over the holidays. You see...I love carbs. Candy, chocolate, bread, butter...you get the picture. Sooo.... anyway.... I have the new DVD of the exercises from "The Ranch". They are actually fun and easy to do each day. Day one is cardio, day two is weight training, day three...back to cardio. It is hard to fit into my morning ritual, but I feel so good when I do it. Things to remember... "Nothing taste as good as THIN feels!" "I must "break-up" with food. It is NOT my friend!" Etc. Anyway...I will periodically post my progress here as my way of accountability.
